The National have shared their guest-packed new album, ‘I Am Easy To Find’

The National have released their eighth studio album.

‘I Am Easy To Find’ is out today (Friday, 17th May) via 4AD, preceded by a companion short film with the same name, starring Alicia Vikander - check that out here.

The album features guest vocals from Gail Ann Dorsey, Lisa Hannigan, Sharon Van Etten, Mina Tindle, Kate Stables, and the Brooklyn Youth Choir.

“Yes, there are a lot of women singing on this, but it wasn't because, ‘Oh, let's have more women's voices’,” says vocalist Matt Berninger in a somewhat questionable explanatory quote. “It was more, ‘Let's have more of a fabric of people's identities’. It would have been better to have had other male singers, but my ego wouldn't let that happen.”
