Taylor Swift has revealed the music video for ‘willow’

Happy Taylor Swift album day everyone! Marking the surprise drop, Taylor has shared a brand new video for ‘evermore’ opening track ‘willow’

Directed by Taylor herself, the clip sees Taylor go on a bit of a journey - following a golden string through various moments of her life and crossing paths with an unnamed love, before the video’s heartwarming ending

‘willow’ kicks off Taylor Swift’s surprise new album ‘evermore’ - released today (December 11th) after only being announced the day before. Released just under five months after the release of previous album ‘folklore’ in July, the album once again features collaborators Aaron Dessner and Jack Antonoff with appearances across the record from the likes of the returning Bon Iver, Haim, Marcus Mumford and The National

Announcing the album, Taylor explained: “To put it plainly, we just couldn't stop writing songs. To try and put it more poetically, it feels like we were standing on the edge of the folklorian woods and had a choice: to turn back or to travel further into the forest of the music. We chose to wander deeper in and my collaborators and I are proud to announce that my 9th studio album and folklore's sister record is here. It's called evermore.”
