Sports Team open up their virtual dolls house in the new video for ‘Camel Crew’

All sorts of voodoo kicks off in Sports Team’s new video for ‘Camel Crew’

Revealed today, the clip sees the favourites opening up to what’s going on in the Sports Team world right about now - complete with devil horns, workouts, water falling from the sky… yeah there’s a lot happening there

Speaking about the video, frontman Alex Rice explains: “We started this video idea in the studio then all got home for lockdown and started having the same dreams. That escalated into making voodoo dolls of each other. Not sure a post lockdown world will view this is a cultural high point, but here it is”.

Sports Team are in the midst of their own album release week, with debut ‘Deep Down Happy’ released last Friday (June 5th) and already storming the charts, currently sitting at Number 1 in the midweek UK Album Chart. Fair to say, if they snatch the Number 1 we’re going to be throwing quite the “do” over Zoom on Friday…

Read our thoughts on ‘Deep Down Happy’ here (spoiler: it’s great), along with our recent cover chat with the band here - and THEN you can watch ‘Camel Crew’ below okay?

Think you know Fontaines D.C.? The Dubliners' second album sees them not just rewrite their own rulebook, but tear it up and throw it away.
