Sports Team have dropped a brand new track, 'The Races'

Indie darlings Sports Team have dropped a brand new track.

Titled 'The Races', it debuted last night as Annie Mac's Hottest Record in the World on BBC Radio 1, and arrives as the band are mid way through a UK tour.

Talking about the track's inception, frontman Alex Rice explains: "Oli came in one morning with the opening bass idea and we’d finished the song in a morning. It was unusually easy. It’s a lot of fun to play."

You can check out 'The Races' below.

That current run calls off tomorrow night in Southampton before stops in Birmingham, Tunbridge Wells, Nottingham, Newcastle, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool and Cambridge. It then finishes up with a huge show at London's Kentish Town Forum on 5th December.
