Slipknot have announced that tickets for the first ever Knotfest UK will go on sale later this week

Slipknot have announced the general sale for their Knotfest UK tickets.

Following a fan-only pre-sale at the end of last year, everyone else will be able to get their mitts on tickets from 10am on Thursday, 16th January.

Headlined by Slipknot, the event will take place at Milton Keynes' National Bowl on 22nd August. The full line-up and on-site activities will be announced soon, too.

Slipknot also have a cruise coming up, with Knotfest at Sea due to set sail from Barcelona on 10th August, returning on 14th August.

The band released their latest album, 'We Are Not Your Kind' last summer.
