Sleater-Kinney have dropped a brand new track, 'ANIMAL'

Sleater-Kinney may just have just delivered a brand new album, but they're already offering up something entirely fresh as a quick chaser.

Off the back of latest full-length 'The Center Won't Hold' comes an entirely new cut, 'ANIMAL'.

Corin Tucker explains, "ANIMAL is a song about rebellion, retaliation and rage. It is a song about letting go of all politeness and filters and letting the ‘animal’ side speak. The vocals for this song were recorded in St. Vincent’s home studio, a perfect place to unleash a voice like this."

Sleater-Kinney return to the UK and Europe next year for a run of live shows throughout February and March. The tour includes shows in London, Manchester, Glasgow and Dublin. You can find out the full details after the jump.

February

19 Amsterdam, Paradiso
21 Brussels, Botanique
22 Frankfurt, Batschkapp
24 Paris, Le Trianon
