Sea Girls have dropped a brand new video for 'Closer'

Sea Girls have dropped a brand new video for ‘Closer’.

The clip arrives ahead of their sets at Reading & Leeds next week, which they’ll play alongside the likes of Twenty One Pilots, The 1975, Billie Eilish and Charli XCX.

Speaking of the track, guitarist Rory Young says: "The song came together in a backwards fashion in a hotel after our debut European gig in Barcelona. It was originally written as an electronic track about being far away. Replacing the synths with guitars back in London gave the track an absolute new lease of life.”

They’ve also a headline tour coming up this October, which includes a date at London's Kentish Town Forum.

Check out ‘Closer’ below.

Sam Fender is a man on a mission. Already beating current ‘biggest noise on the block’ Lewis Capaldi to a Brit Award, as his debut album nears its much-anticipated arrival, the sky really is the limit for an artist not short of stuff to say.
