Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever have dropped a new single, plus some tour dates - including a Dork Live! show

Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever are back with a new single, ‘In The Capital’.

The new track is a live favourite, and it’s out on 7” from 26th April via Sub Pop followed by loads of live shows - including a Dork Live! gig at Sub89 in Reading, on 23rd July.

"I first had the idea for the melody and some of the lyrics when I was swimming,” Fran Keaney explains. “It’s taken a while to finish the song, to make it feel like the initial feeling. I can’t neatly describe it, but something like connection despite distance. I was thinking about transience and water and death and big cities and fishing towns and moon river."

Check out ‘In The Capital’ below, and find the band’s tour dates after the jump.
