Pumarosa have released a devilish new video for 'Lose Control'

Pumarosa have shared a new video for ‘Lose Control’.

It's a track from the band's latest album ‘Devastation’, the clip coincides with their confirmation for Blue Dot festival, alongside the likes of Bjork, Groove Armada and Metronomy.

Film producer Robert Fox speaks of the video: “The video for Lose control is a ballet of synchronised opposites. The Devil and the Angel dance harmoniously in their designated settings, which are striking contrasted in aesthetic allure, as if the two are the same. The video instils a tenderness and sensitivity to these motifs and gimmicks...

"There’s also a variation of the maracena. The dance is minimal and at times slightly comical, exuding a feeling of theatrical drama and rehearsal. The status quo becomes unhinged at the end as the two launch themselves out of their designated settings and into each others worlds. By doing so there is a loss of control towards to the resounding order and expected roles of these characters."

Tones And I: Top of the Pops

Tones And I is a name that has taken over radio airwaves since unexpected smash ‘Dance Monkey’ flew to the Number 1 spot around the world. For Aussie popster Toni Watson, the journey from the busking unknown was really somethin’ else.
