The tracklisting reads:

‘Milk Breath’
‘Blood Sugar’
‘Safe In Sound’
‘St. Thomas’’
‘Takes A Village’
‘Moon’s Opera’
‘All The Things’
‘Blame Or Love Or Nothing’
‘None Too Tough’
