My Chemical Romance just announced a US Tour in the most My Chemical Romance way possible

My Chemical Romance do not do things by halves, Dear Reader. They don't even do things by wholes. They only get out of bed if there's the opportunity to do things by skip loads.

That's the take away from a brand new video, titled 'A summoning...', the band just dropped in order to announce a bunch of US shows for later this year. Yes, the run of gigs is Very Exciting Indeed, but the film - and it is a film - that comes with it is something else entirely.

Running at over 13 minutes in length, it's got credits including Gerard Way and Ray Toro, and weaves its way through the band's back catalogue and iconography. No other band does it like this. Nobody even comes close.

You can check out the full thing, including those new show dates, in the video below. My Chemical Romance hit the UK this June for 3 dates in Milton Keynes.

Mystery Jets: "You never know what the future holds"

At the back end of last year, Mystery Jets were all prepped to drop their brand new album. Then they weren’t. Six months later and a band-member down, they’re back on track (pretty much) and ready to go.

Tones And I: Top of the Pops

Tones And I is a name that has taken over radio airwaves since unexpected smash ‘Dance Monkey’ flew to the Number 1 spot around the world. For Aussie popster Toni Watson, the journey from the busking unknown was really somethin’ else.
