Mealtime have released their debut EP ‘Aperitif’, lead by the stomping new one ‘Excess’

Shifting, joyous and a barrel of fun - the track is described by the band as “a broody alt-pop banger about craving the unattainable, whether it’s love, sex or luxury. We were originally going to call it K-Swiss but we were told we’d get sued.”

No court drama here just yet then, but Mealtime are well and truly on their way. Featuring the likes of previously unveiled numbers ‘Rain Like This’, ‘Sublime’, ‘Denim’ and ‘Teef’ - it’s a must for a summer’s day

Don’t believe us? Well, check in with our recent Hype feature chat with Mealtime here - delving into everything that makes them tick and why now’s the time to get on board
