Jorja Smith is teasing something or other for Friday, is new music on the way?

Jorja Smith is being a great big teasy teaser.

She’s posted an update online which features not only this Friday’s date (16th August), but a short snippet of what sounds suspiciously like new material - have a listen below.

Jorja released her debut album 'Lost & Found' last summer, securing a Mercury Prize nod alongside the likes of eventual winners Wolf Alice, as well as Arctic Monkeys, Lily Allen and more.

She recently unveiled a brand new video for 'Goodbyes’ too, a track which sees Jorja discussing the process of mourning and regret after someone passes. Check it out here.
