Janelle Monae, Mitski and more are auctioning off setlists for charity

Janelle Monae and Mitski are among loads artists auctioning off their setlists for charity.

Proceeds from the auction will benefit international youth writing and activism organisations, including London-based youth writing center Ministry of Stories, on behalf of Setlists For Young Voices - a new initiative from Nick Hornby, Dave Eggers and Michael Chabon.

Also up for grabs are contributions from REM, Patti Smith, Death Cab For Cutie, Rush, The Who, My Morning Jacket, Ty Segall, , Wilco, Noname, Sigur Ros, Steely Dan, Dixie Chicks, Nine Inch Nails, Def Leppard, Rush, Jim James, Toro Y Moi, Maxwell, Better Oblivion Community Center, Speedy Ortiz and more.

Visit youthwriting.org/bid for more info - the auctions kicked off yesterday (Monday 22nd April). Currently the most popular setlists are from REM and Rush.
