ISLAND have returned with a brand new track

ISLAND have returned with a brand new single.

Titled 'Just That Time Of The Night', it's the first new material to be taken from a forthcoming EP, set to drop early in 2019.

Speaking about the track, the band explain: Your night is winding down, everything is starting to feel a bit weird. Disconnected from your surroundings and the people around you. It's just that time of the night."

So there you go.

'Just That Time Of The Night' follows up on ISLAND's debut album 'Feels Like Air', which was released earlier this year, and suggests at a new musical direction for the group - all slow burning torchlight and soaring lines. Or something like that.

The new track comes alongside a fresh set of tour dates for next February. Kicking off in Nottingham, they'll also play dates in Bristol, Manchester, Dublin and London before heading to mainland Europe for shows in Paris, Antwerp, Berlin, Cologne, Nijmegen and Amsterdam.

You can check out those live plans, and 'Just That Time Of The Night', below.

February
3 Nottingham - The Bodega
4 Bristol - Rough Trade
8 Manchester - YES
9 Dublin - The Grand Social
13 London - Islington Assembly Hall
15 Paris - Le 1999
16 Antwerp - Trix Bar
18 Berlin - Privatclub
19 Cologne - Yuca
20 Nijmegen - Merleyn
21 Amsterdam - Cinetol
