IDLES and King Princess take to the TV screens on Later… With Jools Holland

IDLES and King Princess took to good ‘ol television screens last night, with kick-the-door-down performances on Later… With Jools Holland.

Fresh from a Top 5 album in ‘Joy Is An Act Of Resistance’, IDLES took on well… everything, with a ripping performance of ‘Danny Ndelko’ which saw more than one of them clamber on Mr Jools piano. We’re told nothing got damaged because boy, Jools would of kicked off big time. All further proof that 2018 has been IDLES year completely, with a sold-out UK headline tour on the horizon for October to boot.

The night also saw King Princess make her TV debut, performing lead number ‘1950’ - joined further on the live show by the likes of Soft Cell, Jess Glynne and Hak Baker amongst others.

Don’t believe us when we say both of ‘em were pretty ace? Then by the power of “technology”, you can watch back those very performances right now (with the full recorded show set to air at the weekend).
