Iceland Airwaves has confirmed its first batch of names, including Courtney Barnett and Metronomy

Iceland Airwaves has announced its first batch of names for 2020, including Courtney Barnett and Metronomy.

Also confirmed are a number of local bands, such as ADHD, Andavald, Andy Svarthol, Benni Hemm Hemm, BSÍ, Daughters of Reykjavik, dj. flugvélog geimskip, GRÓA gugusar, Halldór Eldjárn, Júníus Meyvant, Kiriyama Family, K.óla, Krummi, MSEA, Myrkvi, Omotrack, Oyama, Pale Moon, Sólveig Matthildur, S.hel, Sin Fang, and Sinmara.

Plus, Black Pumas (US), CHLOBOCOP (UK), Dorian Electra (US), Dry Cleaning (UK), Erika De Casier (DK), Lynks Afrikka (UK), Squid (UK), Tami T (SE), and The Murder Capital (IE).

The festival will take place in Downtown Reykjavik, Iceland from 4th-7th November.
