Foals have unveiled a career-spanning remix collection: ‘Collected Reworks Vol. 1’, along with a fan remix competition!

Dipping across their many remixes and electronic-leanings, Foals have unveiled a new career-spanning remix collection with the helpfully titled ‘Collected Reworks Vol. 1’

Covering a range of remixes they’ve witnessed over their career, the new collection features the likes of Hot Chip, Rufus Du Sol, Metric, Purple Disco Machine and more putting their own spin on tracks such as ‘My Number’, ‘The Runner’, ‘Mountain At My Gates’ and ‘In Degrees’ respectively. Starting from one of their first remixes with Ewan Pearson on ‘Olympic Airways’ - it’s a dance-filled portal of partying (if that exists, we reckon it does…)

Tying in with the launch of the collection, Foals have also revealed a brand new remix from Hot From 92 for ‘Into The Surf’. That sax eh?!

Foals will be revealing two more collections of remixes over the summer, all coming together for an expanded special vinyl release on October 9th, which can be pre-ordered here.

WE’RE NOT DONE YET. Foals have also announced a new remix competition, encouraging fans to take on recent cut ‘Wash Off’. The stems to use can be found here, with fans encouraged to share their work online by tagging Foals and #WashOff. The band will be sharing some of their favourites over the coming weeks,

Think you know Fontaines D.C.? The Dubliners' second album sees them not just rewrite their own rulebook, but tear it up and throw it away.
