Emily Burns has shared a new video for 'Hello'

Emily Burns has shared a new video for 'Hello'.

The clip arrives ahead of a number of April headline shows, including nights in Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham, London and Brighton.

“‘Hello’ is about the one person who seems to always wait for that opportune moment you’re about to get over them, before finding a way to re-enter your life," she explains.

"It might be a simple text or call, or maybe you run into them on a night out and suddenly you’re right back at square one, remembering all the reasons why you wanted them in the first place. And the worst part is, they’re blissfully unaware that it even hurts you at all."

Of the video, Emily adds: “When it came to shooting the video for “Hello” I had a really strong vision of what I wanted. I loved the idea of using carousel style filming, where the camera moves around me, to create a sense of the “cycle” I was in with this person.

"Luke Biggins brought that idea to life and directed the video so perfectly. He made the storyline relatable by casting “worried parents” and “consoling friends” in hope that people will watch and think, “Oh I’ve been there before.” It was an amazing experience to work with him."
