Dream Wife share powerful new track ‘Temporary’

Dream Wife have unveiled a powerful new track in ‘Temporary’

A change in lane for the trio, the gently swooning number is a moving look at the struggles of miscarriage - with the band explaining that the track “is for a friend who went through multiple miscarriages and is now pregnant again. It’s about the heartbreak of repeatedly putting your body through the transformation and danger of pregnancy, and it's about holding space for dreams of creating new life and trying again. Miscarriages are not often in the media but as it is experienced by so many, it is important to speak.”

‘Temporary’ is the latest track to be revealed by Dream Wife ahead of the release of their second album ‘So When You Gonna…’ on July 3rd. The band have also announced today that all proceeds from Bandcamp pre-orders of the new album will be donated to Black Minds Matter and Gendered Intelligence
