Deerhoof have shared details of a new album, 'Future Teenage Cave Artists'

Deerhoof have shared details of a new album.

Their fifteenth full-length, 'Future Teenage Cave Artists' will be their first since 2017's 'Mountain Moves' and is a political record that acknowledges “normal is never coming back”.

Ooo-and-indeed-errr.

The album is set to arrive on 29th May and comes alongside two new songs, title track ‘Future Teenage Cave Artists’ and ‘The Loved Ones’.

Speaking about the latter, they explain they “wanted to express what it feels like knowing that the rebels are our only hope. Today’s derelicts, romantics, and children are forced to be tomorrow’s heroes.”

You can check out both songs below.

At the back end of last year, Mystery Jets were all prepped to drop their brand new album. Then they weren’t. Six months later and a band-member down, they’re back on track (pretty much) and ready to go.

Tones And I: Top of the Pops

Tones And I is a name that has taken over radio airwaves since unexpected smash ‘Dance Monkey’ flew to the Number 1 spot around the world. For Aussie popster Toni Watson, the journey from the busking unknown was really somethin’ else.
