Bloxx's Reading & Leeds 2019 clash-decider

The times aren’t quite out yet, but it’s already looking like there’s going to be a buttload of clashes at Reading & Leeds this year. Bloxx frontwoman Fee Booth makes some tough decisions.

FRIDAY (READING) / SATURDAY (LEEDS)

Charli XCX vs No Rome
I’d personally go see No Rome because I missed him on The 1975 tour.

The Wombats vs Pale Waves vs Black Honey

Hard to pick! I can’t pick between our guys in The Wombats or Pale Waves so I’d split myself in half for that one.

Royal Blood vs Circa Waves

Circa Waves just because they’re awesome people. But Moz would go to Royal Blood definitely.

SATURDAY (READING) / SUNDAY (LEEDS)

Blossoms vs The Japanese House
Well, that’s a no brainier: The Japanese House. Doesn’t matter that I’ve seen her before she just gets better and better.

Twenty One Pilots vs Steflon Don

Twenty One Pilots because apparently they put on a show and a half.

Mura Masa vs Peace

TOO HARD! I love both, but I’ve seen Peace so probably Mura Masa.

SUNDAY (READING) / FRIDAY (LEEDS)

Distillers vs Anteros
Anteros because I’ve been dying to see them!

Chvrches vs FIDLAR vs SWMRS

SWMRS cause they’re one big massive bop.

Blaenavon vs Bastille vs Foo Fighters

Blaenavon are babes, so Blaenavon.

Taken from the Dork Festival Guide 2019. Reading & Leeds takes place from 23rd-25th August.

LA Priest: Machine head

A pop star’s job is not to be boring - so in making best mates with his drum machine, and then naming an album - ‘GENE’ - after it, LA Priest is living his best life.
