Any Other Questions with... Soccer Mommy

This month, Soccer Mommy runs the gauntlet of our random, stupid queries.

What was the last thing you broke?
My phone screen.

If you won the lottery, what would you spend the cash on?
I’d probably just donate some of the cash and then use some of it to buy a house and a truck

What’s been your favourite album of 2018 so far?
Kacey Musgraves - ‘Golden Hour’.

Have you ever been thrown out of somewhere?

What’s your biggest fear?

Do you believe in aliens?

What is the best present you’ve ever been given?
My first Strat.

Which band do you feel is criminally underappreciated?

What’s your fave TV show?
Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

What is your earliest memory?
Not sure - one of them would be my first concert. It was a Hilary Duff show.

Have you got any secret tattoos?
No secret ones, but I have three.

What was the naughtiest thing you did at school?
Skipped class.

If you could have a super power of your choosing, what would it be?
Time travel.

When’s your birthday?
26th May.

You have to support either U2 or Red Hot Chili Peppers on tour. Who do you pick?
Ugh. I guess U2.

Who would you most like to be stuck in a lift with?
My boyfriend.

What have you got in your pockets right now?
A guitar pick and my phone.

How punk are you out of ten?

Taken from the September issue of Dork, out now. Soccer Mommy plays the Scala, London on 13th September.

Bow Anderson: "I was 13 when I injured myself. I couldn't walk, I had to do physio"

Once tipped for trampolining stardom (yes, really), Edinburgh native Bow Anderson has hit her stride this year with a handful of irresistibly- retro pop tunes that couldn't have come from anyone else.
