A sugar-coated indie pop banger.

Banger

Will Joseph Cook is back, did you miss him? His debut album may have only been a few months ago, but god knows we did.

‘If You Want To Make Money’ is the first track from his upcoming EP, and would you believe it, he’s done it again.

A sugar-coated indie pop banger that’s sure to have you singing along, ‘If You Want To Make Money’ has both style and substance. Will wants you to stop yearning after what everyone on Instagram seems to have, and remind you that everyone’s lives look better on social media.

“Take Xanax jagged pills / When all your life is thrills,” he sings over a bouncy rhythm that’ll have you tapping your foot as you swear off social media forever. Okay, maybe not forever, but at least you won’t spend as much time lusting after Fiji water as you used to.

We can’t see into the future, but something tells us the EP is going to be a corker. Jake Hawkes
