‘Caramel’ thrives on its own different beat.

Thumpers have always had their own angle on The Big Indie Pop Rule Book. While others tread a more beaten path, their wonky world offers opportunity to do things that stand out from the crowd. As they approach album two, those moments still stand out strong.

‘Caramel’ thrives on its own different beat, shimmering and shifting to its own unique march. Twisting and turning around the conventional verse, pre-chorus, chorus shuffle, instead it builds its own world as it goes.

Riding to the highest of highs, it’s not just about the destination, but how we get there too. That’s why having Thumpers back is such a joy - they find the routes other bands never could. Stephen Ackroyd
