Spring King 2.0 has bottle, that’s for sure. Never ones for sitting back and taking it easing, we’ve heard two new cuts in recent weeks, and both have been fit to strip beige paint from the rotting facade of boring.

First track back ‘Animal’ showed their teeth, but next on the plate ‘Us vs Them’ is ready for a scrap. With new album ‘A Better Life’ on the horizon, this is a band out to get their dues by any means possible.

There’s a swagger to their latest banger. A big, bombastic bass, a thumping, robust chorus - it’s every bit a patented Springers Party Starter - and yet it’s also a marker on something new. “We took a ride with the devil,” Tarek proclaims. “I can feel my whole world changing.’ True that.
