Shura - What's It Gonna Be?

It's gonna be brilliant, obviously.

Flash-banger

Dry ice, excessive hair stray, leg warmers, roller discos, Flashdance - the ingredients that make up Shura’s latest track may be neon-tinged and blessed with icy tips, but ‘What’s It Gonna Be?’ sounds anything but dated.

Instead, it’s the sort of fresh, futuristic cut that marks out an artist who could genuinely go places. Able to stand toe to toe with Tegan & Sara’s assorted bangers and ballads - a high water mark if ever there was one - at a touch over three and a half minutes in length, it’s practically the perfect pop song. Insert your own ‘sure thing’ pun here.[sc name="stopper" ]
