We’re Shura not going to run out of puns just yet.

We’re like children the night before Christmas. Like Michael Eavis the night before Glasto. Like Andy Murray the night before Wimbledon. Something great is on the horizon and we really can’t wait any more, so thank the heavens that Shura is happy to drop yet another tease before next week’s 'Nothing’s Real' with the bouncing confident strut of 'Make It Up'

We’ve seen the various tips of the hat already, but 'Make It Up' is a definitive statement of how Shura the artist has finally reached that level of freedom where whatever she turns her hand to, it heads into full flight. Built on a grooving slide of a beat and with a chorus that would sell millions of copies back in the day where people actually bought music - 'Make It Up' is the full realisation of Shura’s pop paradise, and we can’t wait to jump straight in.

If there’s any record this year that can transform the dark corridors of the world right now, then we’d put money on it being Shura’s.

Now we’re going back to bed, wake us up when 'Nothing’s Real' is here. Jamie Muir

The 1975: Modern life is rubbish?

The 1975 have just released their third album, ‘A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships’. A staggering work of shifting expectations, it’s quite probably their masterpiece. To find out more, Dork headed round to frontman Matty Healy’s house to quiz him on what life’s currently like in the most exciting band on the planet.

Primavera's 2019 line-up is really bloody brilliant, 'FYI'

It also, not entirely coincidentally, breaks from the usual summer festival sausagefest template.
