Black Foxxes are perfectly set up to dominate.
Black Foxxes are seemingly always onto a winner. Since bursting into our lives with their earth-shattering debut 'I'm Not Well, it was kind of a wonder as to where they'd go next. Rather helpfully they’ve recently been dropping singles to fully form the idea of what follow up 'Reidi' will sound like. And the answer is just about the most bloody beautiful thing ever
‘Breathe’ continues this trend with a tentative guitar line, soon joined by Mark Holley’s subtle vocals. Flash forward a couple of minutes and not only are you deep into an emotional wasteland but everything’s exploding, Holley’s screaming and you don’t know where to look because it’s the most beautiful...and now there are strings, and snow is falling, and everything is at peace with the chaos?!
Black Foxxes are perfectly set up to dominate. They’ve managed to encapsulate a black hole into a record and all you want to do is stare straight into and let it consume you. Steven Loftin
